Additional costs such as bank fees, currency conversion charges, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, gratuities, and optional activities are the responsibility of the traveler unless otherwise specified.
4. Tour Itineraries
We make every effort to operate tours exactly as advertised. However, itineraries may occasionally change due to weather conditions, transportation schedules, government regulations, local events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If changes are necessary, we will provide suitable alternatives whenever possible while maintaining the overall quality of your travel experience.
5. Changes Requested by Travelers
If you wish to modify your booking after confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes such as travel dates, accommodation, transportation, or activities are subject to availability and may incur additional charges imposed by suppliers.
Some bookings may not be eligible for modification.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation fees may vary depending on the type of service booked, supplier policies, and the time remaining before departure.
Certain services, including flights, train tickets, cruises, or special promotional offers, may be partially or fully non-refundable.
Detailed cancellation conditions may be provided at the time of booking for specific tours or travel services.
7. Travel Documents
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documents before departure.

- Entry permits
- Health or vaccination certificates where applicable
Culture Adventure Travel cannot be held responsible for any travel disruption resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documents.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip.
A suitable insurance policy should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal belongings, emergency evacuation, and other unforeseen events.
Travelers are responsible for selecting insurance that meets their individual travel needs.
9. Health and Fitness
Some tours involve walking, hiking, cycling, boating, or other physical activities.
Travelers should ensure that they are physically capable of participating in their chosen tour.
Please inform us before booking if you have any medical conditions, dietary requirements, mobility limitations, or other special requests so we can determine whether reasonable arrangements can be made.
10. Traveler Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, travelers agree to:
- Follow the instructions of guides and tour leaders.
- Respect local customs, traditions, and communities.
- Comply with local laws and regulations.
- Respect other travelers.
- Help protect Vietnam’s natural and cultural heritage.
We reserve the right to remove any traveler whose behavior seriously disrupts the tour or endangers others. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

We encourage travelers to minimize environmental impact, respect local cultures, reduce plastic waste, and support local communities whenever possible.
Responsible travel helps preserve Vietnam’s unique cultural and natural heritage for future generations.
12. Limitation of Liability
Culture Adventure Travel works with independent suppliers including hotels, transportation providers, cruise operators, airlines, and local service providers.
While we carefully select our partners, we cannot accept responsibility for delays, cancellations, accidents, weather conditions, government actions, natural disasters, supplier failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Culture Adventure Travel for the affected travel service.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Such events include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Typhoons
- Earthquakes
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Civil unrest
- War
- Transportation strikes
If such circumstances affect your trip, we will make every reasonable effort to provide assistance and alternative arrangements where possible.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, itineraries, videos, and other materials, is the property of Culture Adventure Travel.
